Security alert in Lisnaskea

Cordons are in place.

The PSNI and other emergency services are at the scene after a "suspicious object" was discovered in Lisnaskea.

There are currently "a number of cordens" in place in the Fermanagh town following the alert this afternoon.

"There is currently a security alert in the Knocks Road area of Lisnaskea following the discovery of a suspicious object," a spokesperson for the PSNI said in a statement. "A number of cordons are in place, please avoid the area."
