Liam Bannon
Munlough, Bawnboy, Cavan
The death has occurred of Liam Bannon, Munlough, Bawnboy and formerly of Lisanover, suddenly at his home on the 12th September 2023. Pre-deceased by his parents Joseph and Mary. Sadly missed by his beloved brother Joe, (Calgary, Canada), sister-in-law Nicole, nephews Tim and Vaughn, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Rest in Peace.
Removal from Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Rd., Cavan (H12 RF78) on Friday morning at 11 o'clock arriving at St. Patrick's Church, Kilnavart for funeral mass at 12 o'clock via Munlough & Lisanover. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Phyllis Golt
(née Traynor)
Essex, England and late of Corfeyhone, Poles, Cavan
Peacefully in Essex. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Richard, daughters Laura (Gerard), and Donna. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by her adoring grandchildren Grace, Mila, Margot and Cammie, her brothers and sisters Bridie, Jim, Sean, Gerry, Mary, Kathleen, Carmel, Andy, Brendan and Geraldine, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral took place in Essex. Committal of ashes on Friday 15th September at 4pm in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Laragh.

Francie Magarahan, 18 Railway Road, Killeshandra, County Cavan, 13th September 2023, peacefully, in his 103rd year, in the company of his family. Predeceased by his wife Kathleen and daughter Josephine. Very deeply regretted by his loving family; sons Sean and Brendan, daughters Myra, Esther and Colette, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, relatives and friends.
Brinsley Matthews
Palm Beach, Florida and formerly Crover, Mountnugent, Co. Cavan
It is with sadness that the family announce Brinsley's passing on 4th September 2023.
Predeceased by his parents Vincent and Anita.

John Shannon, Clodrum, Killeshandra, County Cavan, 13th September 2023, peacefully in Oakview Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents James and Elizabeth, brothers Joe, Enda, Jim and Stephen and sisters Colette, Eileen and Mary. Very sadly missed by his brothers Frank (Margie), Dan (Margaret), Kevin (Brigid), sisters Nancy, Therese, Margaret and Philomena (Michael), brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, relatives, many friends and wonderful neighbours.

Reposing at Lawlors Funeral Home, Belturbet on Thursday from 5pm - 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday, 15th September, in St. Brigid's Church, Killeshandra at 12 noon followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Reposing at his residence on Thursday, 14th September, from 5pm - 8pm. Removal on Friday at 2.30pm to St. Brigid's Church, Killeshandra for Funeral Mass at 3pm, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
