Ann Govier

(née Smith)

Glassdrummond, Poles, Cavan

The death has occurred of Ann Govier (nee Smith) Lincolnshire, England and formerly Glassdrummond, Poles, Co.Cavan. Beloved daughter of the late Benny and Susan Smith (Glassdrummond, Poles, Cavan) and sister of the late Kathleen and Geraldine. Tuesday, August 15th 2023, peacefully and dignified, after a long illness bravely borne.

Ann will be very sadly missed and dearly loved by her husband Bob, daughters Tara and Cheryl, son Clint, her adored grandchildren, sisters Sue (Shankill Upper, Cavan), Patricia (Glassdrummond, Poles, Cavan) and Brian (Oldtown Manor, Cavan), nieces Fíona Smith, Michelle Logan, Ciara Cosgrove and nephew Paul Smith, cousins, all her relatives and many friends in England and Ireland.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated for Ann in St. Brigid's Church, Killygarry, Cavan on Saturday next, September 16th at 12noon.

Kathleen Lynch

(née Donohoe)

Lackenmore, Ballyjamesduff, Cavan

Kathleen Lynch, née Donohoe, Lackenmore, Ballyjamesduff tragically at home. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Mary-Ellen Donohoe, her husband Andy, her son Michael, brothers Patsy & Micky and brother in law Connie Lynch. Beloved mother to Rose (Seamus), Michael (RIP), Catriona (Sean), and Andrew (Caroline). Adored grandmother to Róisín, Shane, Jamie, Kieran, Cormac, Gavin, Loyla-Mai and Cian.Sadly missed by her brother John, sisters in law Ann, Mary and Dympna and Connie's Wife Anne-Maire Lynch, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her son Andrew and daughter in law Caroline's home (A82C2D9) from 8pm tonight Tuesday the 12th and all day Wednesday the 13th of September. House private please to family only on Thursday morning. Removal to St Josephs Church, Ballyjamesduff on Thursday morning arriving for 12 noon requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in St Josephs Cemetery, Oldcastle Road.

Michael Lynch

Lackenmore, Ballyjamesduff, Cavan

Michael Lynch, Lackenmore, Ballyjamesduff tragically at home. Predeceased by his father Andy and mother Kathleen. Beloved brother of Rose (Seamus), Catriona (Sean) and Andrew (Caroline). Deeply regretted & sadly missed by his adored nieces, Róisín and Loyla-Mai, nephews Kieran, Cormac, Gavin, Shane, Jamie and Cian, all his relatives, friends and many colleagues from Cavan Box and beyond.

Reposing at his brother Andrew and sister in law Caroline's home (A82C2D9) from 8pm tonight Tuesday the 12th and Wednesday 13th. House private to family only please on Thursday morning. Removal on Thursday morning to St Josephs church Ballyjamesduff arriving for requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in St Josephs cemetery Oldcastle Road.

Bohdan Kushnir

Valley Close, Carrickmacross, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Bohdan Kushnir. Valley Close, Carrickmacross & formerly Ukraine. 10th September 2023. Peacefully, at the Mater Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his beloved wife Hanna.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his cherished family, his sons Ihor (Carrickmacross) & Michael (Ukraine), both his daughters-in-law Nataliya, his much-loved grandchildren; Darina, Andrew & Oksana, his brothers, relatives and friends here in Ireland and in Ukraine.

Bohdan will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Thursday, 14th September, from 6pm until 8pm.

Bohdan's Funeral Liturgy will take place in the Funeral Home on Friday, 15th September, at 12 noon followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

No flowers please.

Philip Marron

Corbane, Shantonagh, Castleblayney, Monaghan, A75 X540

The death has occurred of Philip Marron, Corbane, Shantonagh, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, peacefully after a long illness, Tuesday 12th September 2023. Predeceased by his parents Pat and Rose and his brother Noel. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his loving wife Mary, son Christopher and daughter Ciara, son-in-law Kyle, daughter-in-law Donna, granddaughter Mollie, brothers John, Paddy, Vincent, Michael and Peter, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace

Reposing at his residence (Corbane - A75 X540) on Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm to 8pm. Removal on Friday morning at 10.30am to arrive to St. Michael’s Church, Corduff for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in New Cemetery.
