It is with regret that we note the following deaths from Counties Cavan and Monaghan over the past 24 hours, as reported on RIP.ie

James (Jimmy) Graham

Mullaghdoo, Killeshandra, Cavan

Monday 11th September Peacefully in College View Nursing Home Cavan surrounded by his loving family. Jimmy will be very sadly missed by his loving wife and best friend Eileen, daughters Margaret (Ronald), Myrtle (Ian), Clodagh (William), son Stanley (Dawn), grand-children, great-grand-children, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives neighbours and many friends.

Resting at the family home in Mullaghdoo today Tuesday from 3 pm until removal on Thursday at 1.30 pm arriving at Killdallon Parish Church at 2 pm for funeral service followed by burial in Killegar Parish Church graveyard at 4pm (approx).

Bohdan Kushnir

Valley Close, Carrickmacross, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Bohdan Kushnir. Valley Close, Carrickmacross & formerly Ukraine. 10th September 2023. Peacefully, at the Mater Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his beloved wife Hanna.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his cherished family, his sons Ihor (Carrickmacross) & Michael (Ukraine), both his daughters-in-law Nataliya, his much-loved grandchildren; Darina, Andrew & Oksana, his brothers, relatives and friends here in Ireland and in Ukraine.
