Elizabeth (Betty) Stevenson Passed away in Liverpool on the 17th June 2023 and formerly of Clonandra, Redhills, Co Cavan. Predeceased by her father Alfred, mother Isabella and brothers Bert, Mervyn and Joe her sister Edith. Sadly missed and remembered by her sister in law Essie Gliiespie and all the extended family.

Ashes arriving at 2pm to Killoughter Church of Ireland on Monday, 21st August ,for Funeral Service. Burial in the adjoining graveyard.

(Suzanna ) Maria Tiernan

(née Gilsenan)

Cornabaste, Tullyvin, Cootehill, Cavan

The Death has occurred of (Suzanna) Maria Tiernan (née Gilsenan) Cornabaste, Tullyvin, Cootehill, Co Cavan. Peacefully at Home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her father Philip. Much Loved Wife and best friend of her Husband Paul. Sadly missed by her daughter Gemma (Jonathan), sons Niall (Kathy) Ellis (Kelly), her loving mum Chris, brothers Pat, Desmond, her grandson Odhrán, sisters in law, brothers in law, neighbours, and many friends.

Reposing at The Mc Mahon Funeral Home Farnham Rd, Cavan (H12C821) on Monday Evening 14th from 5pm and concluding with prayers at 7pm.​​​​​​ Suzanna’s funeral mass will take place Tuesday at 12 noon in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Drung, followed by cremation at Lakelands crematorium, Cavan. Bernard (Benny) Connolly, Lisdrumskeagh and formerly of Lisdrumfad, Shercock, Co Cavan died on the 11th August 2023 peacefully at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary, brothers Jim and Patrick. Deeply regretted by his loving sisters Bridget, Kathleen and Evelyn, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Monday 14th August from 5pm - 7pm. Removal on Tuesday at 10:30am to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Shercock for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Rakeevan, Bailieborough, Cavan

Margaret Mulhall nee McArdle, Rakeevan, Bailieborough, Co Cavan died on the 12th August 2023 suddenly at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Hubert, her heartbroken children Denise, Vincent, Robert and Sinéad, brothers Pat and Sylvester, grandchildren Dearbhla, Aoibheann, Roisín, Caoimhe and Evelyn, daughters-in-law Vivienne and Sheena, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and large circle of friends.

Campbell will be dearly missed by his heartbroken family; his loving wife Shirley, daughter Jill (Paul Clarke), sons Jonathan and Jason, his treasured grandchildren Ollie and Emeryn, also his dear sister Jackie, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, the entire family circle, his many good friends and neighbours.

Lennon (nee Donnelly) Knockaconey, Grange, Co Armagh) 13th August 2023, peacefully at home in the loving care of her family, Molly beloved wife of Vincent and loving Mother to Fiona. May she rest in peace. 22 Moore island Road BT61 8LX. Molly's remains will repose at her late home until removal on Tuesday at 10.30am to the Church of St Colmcille, Knockaconey for 11.00am Requiem Mass, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Our Lady Of Knock pray for her. Very deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, daughter, son in law Damien (Mc Kenna), granddaughter Aoibhinn, brother in law Frank, sister in law Nuala, nephews, nieces and the entire family circle. House Private on morning of Funeral for family and friends please. Annie McConnon

(née McCabe)

Lisanisk, Carrickmacross, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Annie McConnon (née McCabe), Lisanisk, Carrickmacross and formerly of Carricklane, Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan, peacefully in her 104th year, surrounded by her loving family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda Saturday 12th August 2023. Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Mary and her brothers Packie, John and Eddie, her grandchildren Siobhan and Rachel. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons Malachy and Eddie, daughter Mary, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace

Reposing at ‘The Carrickmacross Funeral Home’ (A81 C653), Deery’s Funeral Directors, Carrickmacross on Monday afternoon from 3pm to 8pm and on Tuesday afternoon from 4pm with removal on foot to St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross arriving at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11am with burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Carrickmacross.
