Ecumenical service followed by club parade
All clubs and codes invited to participate.
As part of Cavan Calling, an Ecumenical Service will take place in the Cathedral of St. Patrick and St Felim on Saturday July 29, at 11am, following which there will be a parade of Cavan's GAA clubs through the town to Kingspan Breffni.
All clubs and codes are invited to participate in an Ecumenical Service.
Each club will be led to the home of Cavan GAA by their club banner, and following the parade, there will be under 13 football blitz.
Cavan GAA is hosting a celebration of the stadium’s centennial anniversary.
Celebratory events, highlighting both sporting achievements and the community will run from July 25-29.
During this week of celebrations, visitors will also have the chance to take a guided tour of the stadium and learn more about its history and significance.
There are a number of activities planned to celebrate the occasion including a photographic exhibition capturing notable memories of the past, as well as a cultural evening.
