Risk of spot flooding

Spells of rain over Ulster this morning, heavy in places with some spot flooding. Areas near northwest and north coasts will stay mainly dry. Through the late morning and early afternoon, rain will gradually clear eastwards with brighter weather and showers following, some heavy. Showers will become isolated towards the end of the day. Highest temperatures of 17 or 18 degrees with mostly light variable winds.
