Cavan's Emma Tolan in action again for Ireland

Emma Tolan led both teams in stats when Ireland took on Norway.

East Cavan Eagles star Emma Tolan will today (Sunday) be part of an Irish Team taking on Great Britain in the Under-18s FIBA European Youth Championships 'B' Division in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The All star 5 Home Nations player, who helped Virginia College to All Ireland cup and league schools titles, carried that sparkling form Emma onto the international stage when she led both teams in in-play stats as Ireland beat Norway Ireland 58-41 Norway on Friday.

Not only did the Virginia native score an individual 19 points, but Emma managed 12 rebounds, six steals, and four assists to help the Irish team in their hope of securing top spot in their qualifying group.

Ireland take on Great Britain on Sunday morning at 11am.
