70 acres of good land for lease in Cootehill

A 70-acre farm at Maudabawn, Cootehill, Co Cavan, is available for lease over a five-year term.

“Land prices have been making record prices this year and there is a lot of demand already expressed for it, so we expect it to get a good price. A farm of this size doesn’t usually come up in this location.”
