James Reilly

Carrickacleven, Ballinagh, Cavan

James Reilly, Carrickacleven, Ballinagh, who passed away on the 11th June 2023 in his 96th year. Suddenly but peacefully at Sheelin Nursing Home, Mountnugent. Predeceased by his wife Bridie. Sadly missed by his daughter Margaret KIilcoyne and Pat, Breege and partner Mike, Sean, Seamus and his wife Aoife, grandchildren James, Ben, Patrick, Moira. Deeply regretted by his sisters Bridget Tierney and Kathleen Rahill, nephews, nieces, relatives,neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Finnegans Funeral Home, Dublin Road Cavan. on Tuesday evening 13th June from 5-30 until 7-30pm. Removal to St Michael's Church, Potahee, to arrive at 8-30pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 11am in St. Michael's Church. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Joseph (Joe) Mc Quaid

Dublin Rd, Ashbourne, Meath / Monaghan Town, Monaghan

Joseph (Joe) peacefully at the Beacon Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by his loving and devoted family. Pre-deceased by his parents Billy and Gertrude. Beloved husband and best friend to Helen (nee Murphy) and much loved and cherished by his daughters Aisling, Deirdre and Aoife. Sadly missed by his family, his adored grandchildren Sophia, Noah, Senan and Fionn, his sons-in-law Stephen, Ben and William, his sister Marcella and her husband Paddy, his brother Dessie and his wife Caroline, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, his extended family and his good friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Ryan's Funeral Home, Ashbourne (A84Cx52) from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock this Monday evening. Removal on Tuesday morning to The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ashbourne arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 am. Burial afterwards in St. Declan's Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired in Joe's name to the Irish Cancer Society.

Mary Rose Patterson (née McGarvey)

Greyabbey Road, Kildare Town, Kildare / Newbliss, Monaghan

Formerly of Newbliss, Co. Monaghan. Mother of the late Jane Bernadette. Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Lourdesville Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. Sadly missed by her loving husband Tom, daughter Marie, sons Paul, Thomas, Kevin and Colin, son in law Adrian, daughters in law Corinne, Maria-Jose, Veronica and Louise, grandchildren Riley, Griffin, Joshua, Tatiana Rose, Dylan and Senan, sisters Kathleen and Eileen, brothers Jody and Thomas, brothers and sisters in law, nephews and nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McWey's Funeral Home, Abbeyview, Kildare Town, from 5pm on Monday with rosary at 7pm. Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Tuesday morning to arrive at St. Brigid's Parish Church, Kildare Town, for Requiem Mass at 11am. Mary's funeral Mass will be live streamed on mcnmedia.tv. Burial afterwards in St. Conleth's Cemetery, Kildare Town.
