Eva Cahill, Yew Park, Virginia and late of Dublin. Beloved wife of the late Eoghan. Saturday April 22nd, peacefully at the home of her daughter Celine and son in law Noel in Killinkere. Sadly missed by her loving daughter Celine (Kiernan), son Fergus, son in law Noel, daughter in law Elaine, her cherished grandchildren, Luke, Karl, Grace and Val, the children of her heart Sarah-Jane, Gemma, Tracey, Miriam and Eanna, nephews, nieces, all her extended family, good neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan on Tuesday from 5.00pm until 7.00pm. Funeral service on Wednesday at 12.00 noon in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan.

Those attending funeral are asked to wear cheerful attire please in celebration of Eva's life

Castlemanor Nursing Home, Cavan, Cavan / Dublin / Kerry

Joan Dillon, formerly of Dun Emer Rd., Dublin and Ballyconroy, Co.Kerry. Peacefully on 22nd April 2023 at Castlemanor Nursing Home, Cavan. Predeceased by her parents Triona and Louis, sisters Grace and Anna and her brother David.

Joan will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by her sister Peggy, brothers in law Frank and Joe, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May she rest in peace

Reposing at her brother in law (Frank Ward’s) home in Cullies, Cavan H12 VE24, tomorrow evening (Sunday) from 2pm until 8pm. Removal on Monday morning to the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim, Cavan arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. The death has occurred of Martha Johnston, 1 Church View, Virginia, and formerly of Lisanymore, Lisgrey, Virginia, Co. Cavan, peacefully at her home on Saturday, 22nd April 2023. Predeceased by her parents George and Olive, her brother Sammy and brother-in-law Joe Henry. Sadly missed by her loving sister Bella Henry, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Resting at Mathews Funeral Home, Bailieborough Rd., Virginia, (A82YV58), on Monday evening 24th, from 5pm until 7pm. Remains leaving funeral home on Tuesday at 1.15pm to arrive at Billis Parish Church for funeral service at 2.00pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. House private, please.

Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Seamus and her son Peter.

Sadly missed by her sons Mickey (Bernie), Jim (Carmel) and Eamon, daughters Eileen (Francie McQuaid), and Ann (Hugh Murray), daughter in law Margaret, grandchildren Niall, Christopher, Caoimhe, Emma, Garreth, Michaela, Stefan, Jack, Tara, Ciara, Aaron, Darragh, Shéa and Oisín, great grandchildren Lúghan, Áodha and Saoirse, brother Eaver McMahon, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Paul; (formerly of Kileevan, Newbliss, Co. Monaghan), peacefully at UHG, after a short illness. Pre-deceased by his wife Bernie, parents John and Katie, sister Betty and son-in-law Paul.

Sadly missed by his daughters Linda and Paula, son-in-law Pete Traynor, grandsons Dónal, Kian and Karl, sister Mary, niece Christine, nephew Terry, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at St. Colman's Room, adjoining St. Colman's Church, Corofin, (H54 X768) on Monday, 24th April, from 6pm to 7:30pm. Funeral Mass for Paul Heffernan on Tuesday, 25th April, at 12 noon in St. Colman's Church, Corofin. Burial afterwards in Kilmoylan Cemetery.
