New classrooms approved for St Aidan's
Decision welcomed locally.
The Minister for Education, Norma Foley, has approved the provision of two mainstream classrooms for St Aidan's Comprehensive School in Cootehill.
The decision was welcomed by Cavan/Monaghan Fianna Fáil TD, Brendan Smith.
“I wish to compliment the Principal, Marianne Smith, and her staff colleagues, the Board of Management and the Parents' Association in submitting a successful application," he said.
"I will continue to support the school community in their ongoing work to have additional facilities provided at St. Aidan's," stated Deputy Brendan Smith.
