Spiritual Leader’s new album out today
'We're very proud of this one' says band.
The new album by Cavan band Spiritual Leaders 'This Fictional Place' is out today.
Recorded at JT Soar studios in Nottingham, England, with Rob Newman and Rich Collins, with additional recording with Johno Leader in Leader Sound Productions, Ballinagh, the nine song release is available across streaming platforms.
“We're very proud of this one. Massive thanks to everyone who helped us make it!” the band posted on social media this morning.
The 2012 debut album of Brady brothers Fergus and Cathal, along with lead vocalist Dave Reilly, was essentially a best-of collection from the self-penned indie rock setlists they had played over the three previous years.
Following that, the Leaders folded when Dave relocated to Derby.
A reunion in 2019 prompted the release of the ‘Albania Away’ mini album.
‘Shadows and Tall Trees’, released last November, was the first taste of the Leaders’ new album.
Art for the album was designed by Annie O’Reilly.
