Robert (Robbie) King, 11 Griffith Ave, Cootehill, Co. Cavan. March 7th 2023 peacefully at his home in the loving care of his family. Predeceased by his parents Bob and Cissie, Brothers Neddy and Gerry. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Denise, Brothers Kevin, John and Tony, sisters Sr. Finbar, Kathleen and Mae, his children Julie, Caroline, Jason, Jacquline, Robert, Vincent, Lisa, Michael and Kelly, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, relatives and a large circle of friends.

MAY HE REST IN PEACE.

Reposing at Mullen’s Funeral Home, Cootehill on Wednesday, 8th March, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal leaving his home on Friday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St. Michael’s Church, Cootehill for 11am funeral mass. Burial afterwards in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Cootehill. Robert’s family would like to invite his close friends and neighbours to visit his home.

Michael (Mick) McKiernan

Raheny, Dublin / Kilcogy, Cavan

McKiernan, (Mick), Michael, (Raheny, Dublin formerly Kilcogy, Cavan and Dollymount Inn), passed away peacefully on March 6th 2023, in the loving care of the staff of TLC Carton Nursing Home. Also Lorraine & Dolores his carers from Ann's Home Care. Predeceased by his loving wife Kathleen, son-in-law Jimmy, grandchildren Michael and Patrick, brothers Brian, John, Seamus and Bart. Sisters Molly and Nell. Very sadly missed by his children Sheila, Brian, Anne, Noel and Deirdre, son-in-law Kevin, daughters-in-law Janet and Natalia, his grandchildren Shane, Coleen, Sinead, Sarah, Thomas, Karolina, great-grandchildren Katelyn, Lauren, Lewis, Kayla and Mia, his sister Brighid, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbours.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home on Springdale Road, Raheny, on Thursday, March 9th 2023, between 3pm and 5pm for friends and family. Removal to Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace Church, Raheny, on Friday morning, March 10th, for Funeral Mass at 10am. The death has occurred of Gerry Sweeney, Carrigans, Emyvale, Co.Monaghan. Tuesday 7th March, unexpectedly at St.Vincent's Hospital, Dublin.

Pre-deceased by his father Jimmy & mother Maggie. Gerry was a loving husband to Tina and a fantastic father to Oisín & Ruán. Lovingly remembered by his wife, sons, brothers & sisters, brothers in law & sisters in law, his best friend Sean Arthurs, extended family and friends.

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.

The death has occurred of Emilija Vitkiene, of Lithuanian Nationality, No. 2 Glencove Manor, Latlurcan, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan, H18 K259, Tuesday March 7th peacefully at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Jonas Vitkus Snr. and her son Jonas Vitkus Jnr.

Emilija, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her daughters Ligita Gatautiene and Dana Slenderiene, granddaughters Manta Gatautyte and Laura Turskiene, great-granddaughters Ava Mulligan and Leila Turskyte, extended family, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Emilija will repose at Ward’s Funeral Home, Ballybay, A75 H585 on Friday, 10th March, from 6pm until 8pm. Emilija’s funeral cortege will travel from her residence (Glencove Manor), on Saturday morning at 10.40am to arrive at St. Joseph's New Cemetery, Latlurcan, for committal at 11am.
