Ronald Clarke

Wilton, Bailieborough, Cavan

Ronald Clarke, Wilton, Bailieborough, Co Cavan died on 7th February 2023 in his 92nd year peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his sister Myrtle Scott. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Iris, daughters Shirley and Jennifer, son Andrew, sister May Corrigan, adored grandsons Richard and Alan, daughter-in-law Gwen , son-in-law Alan, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Resting at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Wednesday evening from 5pm to 7.30pm. Removal from his residence on Thursday afternoon at 1.40pm to arrive at Trinity Presbyterian Church Bailieborough for funeral service at 2pm. Burial afterwards in old Urcher graveyard.

Funeral service will be recorded and uploaded to Clarke's funeral directors facebook page.

John Farrelly, St Mary’s Terrace, Cavan Town and formerly Oakwood, Ballyhaise, Cavan, Monday, February 6th, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff at Esker Lodge Nursing Home, Cavan. Predeceased by his loving wife Mary, daughter Eileen, sons Noel and Jimmy. Sadly, missed by his sons Willie, Johnny, Thomas and Gerard, daughters Catherine, Nora, Bernie and Sharon, sons in law, daughters in law, sisters, Patsy (New York), Susan (New Jersey) and Bridie (London), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, on Wednesday evening from 7.00pm until 9.00pm. Removal on Thursday morning at 10.30am to the Cathedral of SS Patrick & Felim, Cavan, for Requiem Mass at 11.00am, interment afterwards in Cullies Cemetery.

Elizabeth (Ann) Kennedy (née Clarke), The Cricketfields, Dunmore Rd., Tuam, Co. Galway & formerly of Kingscourt, Co. Cavan 5th February 2023. Peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her parents John & Elizabeth, brothers J.J., Austin & Patsy. Deeply regretted by her loving husband James, daughter Jackie, son Seán, brother Laurence, sister Mary, son-in-law Geoff (Lynch), daughter-in-law Karen (Kennedy), sister-in-law Rose, grandchildren Georgina, Tara & Katie, 2 great-grandchildren Abbie & Lillie, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours & friends.

Reposing at Grogan’s Funeral Home, Barrack St., Tuam, Co. Galway (Eircode H54 Y 677) on Wednesday evening (Feb. 8th) from 6pm to 7pm. Removal to The Cathedral of the Assumption, Tuam arriving at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11.30am. Mass will be live streamed here followed by Cremation in Shannon Crematorium (Eircode V14 PV30) at 2pm. 67 Church St., Cootehill, Cavan

The death has occurred of John Pilkington, 67 Church St., Cootehill, Co. Cavan, peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family and his partner Helen. Predeceased by his wife Marie, brothers and sisters. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving daughter Joanne, son-in-law Joe, partner Helen, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.

MAY HE REST IN PEACE

Reposing at Mullen’s Funeral Home, Cootehill, on Wednesday evening from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Removal from his home on Thursday morning at 11.30am to arrive at St. Michael’s Church, Cootehill, for 12 noon funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Middle Chapel. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, in memory of John to the Palliative Care Team Cavan.
