Cavan CTC has relocated to Cavan General Hospital. It was previously located at Castlesaunderson International Scout Centre.
The Monaghan test centre has also moved to a temporary base at the NEDOC site in Castleblayney.
The HSE has reminded that patients experiencing symptoms do not need a PCR test if they are under 55 years of age with symptoms of COVID-19 and are otherwise healthy, or age 55 or older and are fully boosted.
PCR tests are available for those aged 55 or older and have not had a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose; have a high-risk medical condition; have a weak immune system (immunocompromised); live in the same household as a person who has a weak immune system or provide support or care for them; are pregnant; are a healthcare worker.
People are advised to check their eligibility before attending the centres at HSE.ie as it may be subject to change.
There were six people being treated for Covid symptoms at Cavan General Hospital on Sunday, October 16, one of whom was admitted in the previous 24 hours.
That's according to the latest HSE Operation updates.
The hospital had no Covid patients being cared for in either the High Dependency or Intensive Care units.
