Cloudy this morning with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle. It will gradually turn sunnier in Connacht, Ulster and north Leinster but remaining cloudier elsewhere with lingering outbreaks of rain and drizzle.
The rain will become confined to southern counties by late afternoon with most areas turning dry by evening.
