Cavan Rose all set for the stage tonight

Rose of Tralee interviews on RTE tonight

Cavan Rose Tara Rodgers will undoubtedly do the Breffni County proud tonight as she takes to the Rose of Tralee Stage.

Speaking to the Celt earlier today, the Knockbride girl was completely calm ahead of her live interview with Dáithé Ó Sé on the RTÉ stage Tuesday night.

“I’m actually completely grand, I’m actually sad that it’s coming to an end. Other than that I’m not nervous at all. It will be a bit of craic getting on the stage and chatting to Dáithí. Whatever happens, happens. I honestly cannot wait though,“ says Tara, excitement echoing through her voice.

Tara was extremely proud of 23 of her fellow Roses who took to the stage Monday night.

“They were unreal. It was mad seeing them in a different perspective, like on the stage and under the pressure. They were all just amazing. I feel so sorry for the judges that they can only choose one girl because you could choose all 33.“

The remaining ten Roses, including Tara, will televise live from Tralee tonight.

The show will kick off at 8pm, with the running order of the Roses yet to be released.
