A WORD FROM THE CHEF
The Slimming World overnight oats recipe is packed full of healthy breakfast goodness! Making overnight oats with yogurt means they’re extra thick and creamy. They only take 10 minutes to prepare.
INGREDIENTS
(Serves 1)
40g porridge oats
200g fat-free natural yogurt
Mixed blueberries, strawberries and raspberries
METHOD
Layer the porridge, yogurt and fruit in a jar or bowl. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight so the porridge absorbs the yogurt.
In the morning, stir to mix everything together and top with more fruit. Enjoy. Delicious, nutritious and guilt free!
