Mary Carolan (nee McCluskey), Drumollard, New Inn, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan. The death has occurred of Mary Carolan (nee McCluskey), 15th March 2022, Drumollard, New Inn, Ballyjamesduff, Co Cavan, formerly of Greaghloane, Magheracloone, Co Monaghan, peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her husband Vincent, her sons Garry, Pauric, Damien and her beloved daughter Gemma, daughter in laws Monica and Aisling and fiancée Gerard and her much loved granddaughter Makaela . Also her brothers PJ and Michael and her sister Bridie Montague, extended family, neighbours and her many friends.
Reposing at her home, Drumollard, New Inn, Ballyjamesduff, A82 P028 from 4pm to 9pm on Wednesday, 16th March 2022. Removal from her home on Thursday, 17th March 2022, to arrive at St Mary’s Church, Clanaphilip at 1pm. House strictly private on Thursday morning. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to go to Cavan Oncology Unit, Cavan General Hospital c/o Freddie Kettyle Funeral Director, any family member or donation box in the church.

Patrick Graham (Senior), Drummoy, Belturbet, Co. Cavan (H14 HN34) and formerly of St. Phelim’s Place, Cavan Town, suddenly at his residence 14th March 2022. Predeceased by his parents Annie and James and sister Julie.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Caroline, sons Jimmy and Patrick, daughters Pamela (Reilly), Kelly Ann and Michelle, grandchildren Amy, Robbie, Kacie, Sean, Jamie, Skye, Larry, Charlie and Luke, brothers Richard, Jimmy, John and Francis, sisters Anita, Mary and Margaret, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Remains will be reposing at his residence this evening, Tuesday, from 6pm until 9pm and tomorrow, Wednesday, from 5pm until 8pm. Removal from his residence this Thursday, 17th March, at 12 noon to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Drumalee for Funeral Mass at 12.30pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Thomas (Tommy) Kavanagh
Cormeen, Ballyjamesduff, Cavan, A82 YW58
The death has occurred of Thomas (Tommy) Kavanagh, Cormeen, Castlerahan, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan. Tommy passed away peacefully on Tuesday 15th March in the loving care of his family and the staff at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his loving wife Mary. Deeply regretted by his sons Thomas & Michael, daughter Margaret, grandchildren Ciana, Oran, Blathnaid, JJ, and Ursula, daughter in law Patricia, son in law Paul, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home in Castlerahan, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan (A82YW58) from Tuesday evening, 15th March, until removal on Thursday the 17th for funeral Mass at 2pm in St Mary's Church, Castlerahan Ballyjamesduff, Cavan with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Rose O'Reilly (née O'Connor)
Corravilla, Bailieborough, Cavan
Rose O’Reilly (nee O'Connor) Corravilla, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan, died 14th March 2022, peacefully at her daughter’s residence in Dundrum, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Peter and son Gerard. Deeply regretted by her son Hugo, daughters Mary, Roisin, Kate, Bonnie and Trisha, sister Annie Lynch, grandchildren, great-grandchildren,daughters in law ,sons in law ,brother in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Kevin Colton, Oxford, England formerly of Kilconny, Belturbet, Co. Cavan. Predeceased by his wife Margaret Anne, parents Frank and Ciss, siblings Martin, Gertie, Vera. Suddenly and peacefully at his home in Oxford, England. Kevin will be sadly missed by his son Eric, his brothers Brendan and Leo, sisters Fidelma, Carmel, Pamela and Miriam, sisters-in-law Theresa and Bernadette, relatives, neighbours colleagues and friends.

Edward Kelly, Retired Garda Sgt., Stragelliff, Cavan, formerly of Rathdrum, Wicklow, 14th March, 2022. Peacefully, in the care of the medical staff of the Mater Private Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, following a long illness courageously borne. Predeceased by his wife Mary, daughter Louise, his brothers Leo and Tom & grandson Sam. Loving father of Tom, Michelle and Mark. Sadly missed by his sister Grace, daughter-in-law Lisa & his adored grandchildren Layla & Amber, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many, many friends.

The death has occurred of Eugene Brannigan, Cabra,Threemilehouse, Co Monaghan,Tuesday 15th March, peacefully surrounded by his loving family at his home. Eugene is predeceased by his parents Seamus & Annie, his sisters Florence Hughes & May Mc Aree.Eugene will be sadly missed and always loved by his wife Ann, his four adored daughters Sinead ( Laurence Hughes), Patricia ( Barry Prunty) Mairead ( Cyril Flynn) and Noelle (Sean Mc Kernan) His brother Gerry, and sisters Madge Treanor & Nora Hughes, his brothers in law & sister in-law. Eugene will be forever loved & missed by his grandchildren Ryan,Lauren, Niamh, Caoimhe, Aoife, Léa, Joe, Tommy, Donncha, Annie & Roisin. His nieces, nephews, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Eugene will repose at his home from Wednesday (16th) from 4pm - 9pm and Thursday (17th) 3pm-9pm. His funeral procession will leave his residence on foot on Friday (18th) at 3pm to arrive at St Mary's Chapel, Threemilehouse for 3:30pm Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Foran, (née Ward), Anne, Oaklawn West, Leixlip, Co. Kildare and late of Lough Egish, Co. Monaghan, March 15th 2022, peacefully, at home under the excellent care of the pallative care team of St. Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh surrounded by her loving family, following an illness bravely borne. Sadly missed by her loving husband Maurice (former UN), daughters Susan and Jennifer, son-in-law Biörn, sisters Mary and Margaret, brothers Denis, Michael and Peter, extended family, neighbours and great friends.

Anne will be reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster St., Maynooth on Thursday (St. Patrick's Day) from 5pm - 7pm. Removal from the Funeral Home on Friday at approx. 11:30am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady's Nativity, Leixlip for 12pm Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Confey Cemetery.

The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Scotson. 'The Splink', Mullinary, Carrickmacross. 15th March 2022. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of Castleross Nursing Home. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, his wife Ann, his daughters Adrienne & Deirdre, Adrienne's partner Val & Deirdre's partner Jarek, his adored grandchildren Maja & Ella, his brother Billy & sisters Margaret & Virginia, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.

Jimmy will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, A81 D328, on Wednesday, 16th March from 5pm until 7pm and on St Patrick's day, Thursday, 17th March, from 5pm until 7pm.
Jimmy's funeral cortège will leave his home, Mullinary, on Friday, 18th March at 10:35am proceeding on foot via the Bridewell to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
