Council to build 62 residential units on sites in Mullingar and Castlepollard

The 62 units are scheduled to be built across four sites, three in Mullingar and one in Castlepollard. In total, 54 of the units will be built on the Mullingar sites and eight in Castlepollard.
Twenty two of the dwellings are due to built on a 1.1 hectare site between Ashfield, St Bridgid's Terrace, the Green Road and Abbeylands. Seventeen units are due to be built on a 0.33 hectare site at the junction of the Delvin and Robinstown roads, adjacent to Assumption Villas and D'Alton Park, while a further 15 dwelling units are set to be built at Ennell Court and Trinity Cottages.
In Castlepollard, eight units are scheduled to be built on a 0.5 hectare site at Water Street, adjacent to Glebe Lands and to the rear of New Glenview.
