Emergency services attend morning crash

No injuries were reported in a crash on the N54 on Monday morning.

The single vehicle crash took place between Cloverhill and Butlersbridge.

Gardaí and the Cavan Fire Service attended the scene, where a vehicle is believed to have left the road into a ditch.

Two ambulance units from Cavan and Monaghan also attended the incident but Gardaí have since said no injuries were reported.

A stop-go system was in place at the scene on the busy Cavan to Clones road for a time this morning.

Gardaí have also confirmed they have launched an investigation into the incident.
