Film lovers will be celebrating the news that this bank holiday Monday sees Odeon Cavan re-open its doors to the public.
Movies to choose from include Cruella, A Quiet Place 2, The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It, Peter Rabbit 2 and much more.
“There’s an awful lot more new releases this year so people have got that to look forward to,” Odeon Cavan Manager Kate Sheridan told the Celt.
“It’s very exciting but a bit strange,” she commented of the return to business. She is “hopeful” that cinemas will not be forced to close again.
“We’ve only had nine weeks of trading since March of 2020,” she explained.
Safe and comfortable
“People can expect to feel really safe and comfortable” with allocated seating, social distancing, sanitisation and a maximum of six people per group.
“Within the theatre, every second row will be blocked off with a space of three seats between each bubble of people.
“Everything is in place and set to go.”
