Will Susuana hit target tonight?
Cavan's Susuana Komolafe features again on tonight's Operation Transformation - will she hit this week's target of 3lbs?
Having weighed in at 18stone 11lb in week one, Susuana, who came on the show primarily to help her health, did remarkably well to lose 3lb in week 2. However the judges had set her a target of 4lbs.
Fitness coach Karl Henry noted that on average Susuana only took around 6,800 steps a day and was eager for her to up that. Karl noted only 17% of her steps were beneficial to her.
"Moving is half the battle," Karl told Susuana at her weigh-in, "but moving at the right intensity to get some benefit out of it is even more important."
They set the Cavan lady a target of 3lbs, which she sounded confident of hitting.
"That sounds achievable," she enthused.
