John Bradley

Cootehill, Cavan

John Bradley, Cootehill, Co. Cavan, November 23rd 2020, peacefully, at his home in the loving care of his family, in his 101st year. Predeceased by his wife Theresa (Tilly) and his daughters Marietta and Bridie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, sons Seán and Joe, daughters Margaret and Geraldine, sons-in-law Alan and Paddy, daughters-in-law Ann and Marion, Mary, Des and Family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandson, nephews, nieces, relatives and neighbours and friends.

Due to the Government and HSE regulations, John's funeral Mass and burial will be celebrated in the presence of his family and close friends with numbers restricted to 25 people.

The Bradley family would like to thank you for your consideration and cooperation at this difficult time.

Funeral cortège will leave Mullen's Funeral Home, Cootehill, on Wednesday morning at 11.40am to arrive at St. Michael's Church, Cootehill, for 12 noon funeral Mass, followed by burial in St. Michael's Cemetery, Cootehill. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, in memory of John, to Cootehill Cancer Care c/o Mullen's Funeral Directors, Cootehill, Co. Cavan. Andy died unexpectedly at home. Deeply regretted by his loving brothers Sean and Mattie, sisters Rosemarie and Kathleen, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends.

Due to Government and HSE regulations Andy funeral Mass and burial will be celebrated with his family and close friends with numbers restricted to 25 people.

The family would like to thank you for your consideration and cooperation at this difficult time.

Funeral cortege will leave his home on Wednesday morning at 11.40 am to arrive at St Matthews Church Crosskeys for 12 noon Funeral Mass followed by burial in adjoining cemetery

Hannah Sheridan (née Cullen)

Doon, Virginia, Cavan

Hannah Sheridan (nee Cullen), Doon, Virginia, Co. Cavan, died 23rd Nov. 2020, peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Edward and her sisters Maureen and Peggy. Deeply regretted by her loving children Annette, Catherine and Paudie, her sister Rosaleen and brother Michael, sons-in-law Danny and Edward, daughter-in-law Karen, grandchildren Tara, Colleen, Eoghan, Ciaran, Hannah, Oran and Ceollagh, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces and a wide circle of friends.

May she rest in peace.

Due to current government guidelines Hannah’s Funeral will be private to family.

Funeral procession will leave her daughter's residence on Wednesday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St Ultan’s Church, Killinkere for Funeral Mass at 11am. Friends and neighbours are welcome to line the route in a safe and socially distant manner as a mark of respect. Burial will take place afterwards in St Ultan's Cemetery.

Gerard (Gerry) Magee

Crann Nua & formerly Ulster Bank, Carrickmacross, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Gerard (Gerry) Magee. Crann Nua & formerly Ulster Bank, Carrickmacross. 23rd November 2020. Peacefully at his home, following an illness borne with courage and dignity, surrounded by his beloved family. Predeceased by his parents Henry & Catherine, his brother Harry and his sisters Kathleen, Bernie & Mary. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, his beloved wife Sheila, his son Brian and his daughters Barbara (Reay), Geraldine (Roche-Garland) and Aideen (Nolan), sons-in-law Aaron, Richard and Gavin, his adored grandchildren Conor, Colm, Ronan, LauraLouise, David, Paddy, Tom & Hugo, his brothers Patrick & Sean and his sister Ena, his nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

In accordance with current guideline Gerry's Funeral Mass will take place for family only in St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, on Wednesday, 25th November 2020, at 11am, followed by burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Dundalk. There will be an opportunity for the community to pay their respects as Gerry's funeral cortège leave's Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home on Wednesday at 10:45am proceeding to St. Joseph's Church.

To keep each other safe it is important that we follow the guidelines from the government and HSE, wear face coverings in appropriate circumstances, maintain social distancing and refrain from shaking hands and hugging.

The management and staff of The Anglo-Celt wish to extend their deepest sympathies to the relatives and friends of the deceased. May they rest in peace.
