Car connected to cross border crimes

Gardaí are on the hunt for the occupants of a blue Audi A4 car believed to be linked to a number of criminal incidents in the past week, including a break-in at a local fuel supplier.
A royal blue Audi A4 was seen in the vicinity of Top Oil fuel suppliers at Cloverhill in the early hours of Thursday, October 4.
The incident occurred at around 12.50am.

It was reported to gardaí that number plates belonging to vehicles in the Drumbran area were also stolen around the same time.
Later that same morning the occupants of the same navy blue coloured Audi A4 were observed stealing two sets of number plates, a small car trailer and it's believed they also broke into the offices of Harte Peat.
In what is believed to be a connected incident in Northern Ireland, a 2009 BMW 1-series car was stolen from Pringle Cars on the Cavan Road on the outskirts of Clones Town.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident, gardaí are seeking information in tracking the occupants of a black Audi car seen in the area at the time a house was broken into in the Drumbarlum near Belturbet.
The incident occurred between 9.30am and 6.10pm on Tuesday, October 2, where thieves gained entry to the residential property by jimmying a rear window.
Gardaí are appealing to the public for information, particularly if motorists saw the vehicle on their travels, or perhaps parked up while changing plates, to contact Cavan Garda Station on 049-4368800.
