A filling station and shop in Gowna, a guesthouse on the shores of Lough Sheelin and a two-bed country cottage in Loughduff are among the Cavan properties set to go under the hammer in the next Leinster Property Auction next month.
The premises known as O'Reilly's filling station in Gowna is inviting bids of over €270,000. This property comes to the market in partnership with John Columb & Co.

Entries
The Leinster Property Auction team is now taking entries for their next public auction, which will be held on the July 18 in the Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley, Dublin. The auction group have, so far this year, held two extremely successful auctions, in March and May, with an average 90% success rate, and are predicting more of the same in July.
The team invities property owners who are looking to sell their property without any upfront costs to contact the auction team. Before any property comes to the market, the auction team will agree a minimum reserve figure - giving the property owner total control over their minimum walkaway figure. Bidding can also continue past the reserve price until the highest bidder has secured the property.
