Bucking the trend

A talented trio of traditional musicians bring the launch of their debut album to Townhall Cavan tonight (Saturday night).
Cavan Bucks, AKA newly crowned All Ireland champion piano player and third placed flautist Barry Conaty, accordion supremo Ellen Grant and concertina expert Zoran Donohoe promise to dazzle the audience.
RTE Raidió na Gaeltachta broadcaster and flute player Neansaí Ní Choisdealbha will perform and present the NYAH award 2016 to box legend Darren Breslin. Other special guests for the night include: Gerry McMahon, John Daly, Christopher Maguire, Michael Curran, Adamar O’Connor, Seamus Fay, Fintan McManus, Eamonn McGivney, Philip Clarke, Savannah Donohoe and Cathal Lynch.
