Three homes in country for auction
The Leinster Property Auction will hold final public auction of the year on December 10 in The Clarion Hotel, Dublin and will feature three properties from around the county.
The auction will offer over 20 properties for sale across the province including residential homes, commercial properties and also agricultural holdings.
During 2015, the average sale rate came in at 95% and the company says it anticipates another high volume showing.
The Leinster Property Auction are also taking entries for their online auctions and upcoming public auction events. The company will increase their auction dates to six Leinster auctions next year holding the first on February 18.
First up in the county is 87 Aughnaskerry Drive, Cavan Town, which is offered at bids over €69,950, in partnership with Padraig Smith Auctioneers, Cavan Town on all three.
The property is a three bed, semi-detached house located close to Cavan town centre, the leisure complex and all local amenities. The copmany says the property needs some modernisation to the interior and is ideal for investment buyers, first-time purchaser or retirement.
Over in Mullaghboy, Ballyheelan, a three-bed semi-detached cottage on .65 acres is being offered with bids to be over €49,950.

Located in the Ballyheelan area, close to Lough Sheelin, the property is within a short distance of Kilnaleck village and is located close to the village on the Kilnaleck-Granard road, three kilometres from Kilnaleck, 12km from Ballyjamesduff and 22km from Cavan Town.
Last but not least is Carrickacromin, Bailieborough, which is being offered at bids of over €34,500.
