Four Cavan properties will go for auction at the next Allsop auction on Thursday, October 22.
First up are the apartments at Humphreys Parochial House in Ballyhaise. The four apartments are selling in one lot and come with a reserve of €50K.
The two-storey property is situated on The Square in the village, measures 260 sq metres and has two two-bed and two one-bed apartments.
In Mullagh, a four-bed semi-detached in the Glen Alainn development off the R194 is on offer with a reserve of €65K and is arranged over 120 sq metres.
Off the Ballinagh Road, two kilometres south of Cavan Town, a semi-detached three-bed extending to approximately 94 sq metres is for auction.
Number 24 Creighan Drive comes with a reserve range of €50-€60K.
Finally, near Ballyconnell at Bothar Glas, a semi-detached home comes with a reserve of €35K.
The three-bed is 1.6km southeast of Ballyconnell Town, has front and rear gardens and off-street parking.
The auction kicks off tomorrow morning at 9am at the RDS in Ballsbridge.
