Fr. Peter Brady S.J.
The death took place of Fr Peter Brady S.J., Dublin and Hong Kong ocurred on October 22nd. Formerly of Broomfield House, Ballyhaise he was son of the late Doctor Catherine Brady and P. J. Brady, BE, Arch. He was pre deceased by his sister Doctor Theresa and is survived by sisters Miriam and Catherine and brothers Luke and Padraig.
His funeral was from the Jesuit Community Chapel, Milltown Park to Glasnevin Cemetry. Sympathy is extended to the Jesuit Community in Hong Kong and in Ireland and to all his relatives and many friends and to his fromer students, and close family relations.

The Castletara Ballyhaise Club is hosting a Halloween Party for the children of the parish in Castletara Community Centre on this Wednesday 31st from 7.30 to 9.30pm. Admission §2. Proceeds going to People in Need.
It's that time again
Ballyhaise Christmas Tree Committee AGM, Tuesday 6th November 2007. New members very welcome. Also members from what we now call yester years. The venue is Ballyhaise Community Centre, time 9.00pm.
Ballyhaise Juvenille GAA Presentation
There is great excitement and anticipation before this weekend's presentation of Minor and Under 16 medals. A special guest GAA All Star will first present kit bags to the Under 10's and then tops to the Under 14's in Ballyhaise Community Centre on Saturday night at 8.30pm.
Later in the night the long awaited presentation of 2006 Minor Medals takes place in Duggan's Lounge. This years Under 16 team will also receive their Division 1 League Medals on the night.
All parents and supporters are invited to both presentations.
